SHIPPING

We ship with the US Postal Service, using actual weights, rather than quantities, to save you money. Your order will be shipped either First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. We do not offer overnight mail, due to our rural location. At this time, we do not ship internationally. We never charge a handling fee. On orders over $75.00, we require an adult signature for delivery. This protects us both against theft. All orders will have tracking. PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. Tax will be added only to orders originating in Arizona.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on our Bath and Body products. For our Aloha Shirts, we accept returns/exchanges for size ONLY. The shirt(s) must not be washed, dirty, or otherwise ruined. Please email us PRIOR to sending anything back. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work to make everything satisfactory. We will not accept Postage Due returns. All returns MUST be made within 30 days of purchase. For more detailed information, please see our full return policy at the bottom of our "checkout" page.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Please contact us if you would like to feature our products in your store. Include your current resale number. Upon verification of your resale number, we will send you our terms for wholesale. We currently offer only our bath and body line, and candles for wholesale. If you are ordering soap, depending on our amount of stock, it may take up to 5 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. This is to allow any soap we have to make time to cure.

While we give your information to our credit card processors in order to fulfill your order, Angel's Meadow Ranch, LLC will never sell your information. Please see our Privacy Policy Page at the bottom of our Checkout Page.

WHERE CAN WE BUY YOUR PRODUCTS IN PERSON

We attend quite a few 2 day events throughout the year. Check our Facebook and Instagram pages for the dates and times.

We will be at the NEW White Mountain Market Farmer's Market in Pinetop/Lakeside every Saturday 9-2 from May 29th until September 4th! It's located in the movie theater parking lot on the corner of White Mountain Road and Woodland Road. Stop by and see us!

DO WE USE LYE IN OUR SOAPS

Simply stated, no lye (sodium hydroxide) means no soap. During the soap-making process, the lye is neutralized and is not present in the finished product. We test our soaps for gentleness, and we label all ingredients on our products and list them here, as well. Please read them. If you have a reaction, discontinue use of that product. We use NO parabens, formaldehydes, phthalates, or other harsh chemicals.
